01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between q89.biz ("q89", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the q89 online gaming platform located at q89.biz, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and associated services offered thereunder.

q89 operates an online casino and sports betting platform that serves players from Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. q89 holds an international gaming licence from a recognised regulatory authority. All gaming and betting activities facilitated by q89 are subject to the conditions of that licence, these Terms, and any specific rules published for individual games or betting markets on the q89 platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific bonus terms, game rules, or promotional conditions published on q89 from time to time. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall take precedence unless the specific document expressly states otherwise.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Platform means the q89 website, mobile interface, and all games, betting markets, account services, and support features accessible through q89.biz.
• Account means the registered player account opened by a User upon successful completion of the q89 registration process.
• Balance means the aggregate of Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds held in a Player's q89 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Real Money Funds means deposits made by a Player using any accepted payment method, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
• Bonus Funds means any promotional credit, free bet credit, or free spins value credited to a Player's account by q89 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• KYC means Know Your Customer verification, including identity and age verification required before a Player's first withdrawal, conducted by reference to a valid CNIC, passport, or other accepted identification document.
• Prohibited Jurisdiction means any country or territory from which access to or use of q89 is not permitted under q89's licensing conditions or applicable law.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a q89 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. q89 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register or to use any aspect of the platform, including in a demonstration or free-play capacity where real-money registration is required.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, trusts, and third-party registrations are not permitted.
3. You must reside in or be accessing q89 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any q89 employee in a role directly related to gaming operations or platform management.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
6. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either voluntary or imposed by q89 or any other gaming operator.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify q89 promptly if any registered information changes. q89 may verify the information you provide against third-party databases, credit reference agencies, or government identity registries at its sole discretion.

04 Account Rules

Each Player is entitled to hold a maximum of one (1) active q89 account at any time. The operation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the permanent forfeiture of all balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication method associated with your account. q89 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• You must notify q89 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your q89 account.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to use your account, including family members.
• You must ensure that your account details, including your registered mobile number and email address, are kept current and accurate at all times.
• q89 reserves the right to close inactive accounts — accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months — following written notice to the Player's registered email address.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the q89 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). q89 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. q89 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided to Players where practicable.

Deposits are credited to a Player's account upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. q89 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which q89 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the q89 account holder.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied before Real Money Funds equivalent to the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
• q89 targets a withdrawal processing time of four (4) hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to verification status and volume.
• q89 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above PKR 500,000 or where suspicious activity patterns are identified.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

q89 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are governed by these Terms and any specific bonus terms published at the time of the offer.

Key bonus conditions applicable across all q89 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Circumventing this restriction constitutes prohibited conduct.
• q89 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice and to cancel any bonus credited in error.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are void if q89 determines that fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity has been used to obtain or wager them.
• Bonus Funds that remain unwagered for ninety (90) days from the date of credit may be removed from a Player's account without notice.

07 Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on q89 — whether on casino games, live dealer games, or sports betting markets including PSL cricket, international Test and T20 fixtures, UFC, or any other sport — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, as displayed on the q89 platform at the time of placing the bet.

q89 reserves the right to void any bet placed in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest error in the displayed odds or market parameters; system error that results in the display of incorrect prices; evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity; or technical malfunction that affected the integrity of the wager.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the q89 system. Players may not amend, cancel, or reverse a confirmed bet except where an in-play cash-out feature is available and exercised within the permitted window.
• All bet outcomes are determined by the result recorded in the q89 system at settlement. In the event of dispute, q89's records shall be authoritative.
• q89 may limit or refuse bets from any Player at its sole discretion, including where a Pattern of betting suggests professional or syndicated activity inconsistent with recreational play.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the q89 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether directly or through associates.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games or place bets on q89.
• Engaging in any form of advantage play, including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting across accounts, or coordinated play designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Any attempt to launder money or use the q89 platform as a conduit for financial crime.
• Accessing q89 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing q89 support staff or other Players through any communication channel.

09 Responsible Gaming

q89 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming across its entire player base. q89 believes gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal hardship. Every registered Player is encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their q89 account settings.

Responsible gaming tools available to all q89 Players include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours.
• Session Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified continuous duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, activated immediately upon request and not reversible during the cooling-off window.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term (minimum six months) account closure for Players who wish to stop gaming entirely. Real Money Funds are returned upon expiry of any applicable withdrawal holds.

10 Intellectual Property

No part of the q89 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, reverse-engineered, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of q89. Any unauthorised use of q89 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q89 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruption caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, or events beyond q89's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyber attacks, or governmental action.
• Any reliance placed by a Player on information or content displayed on the q89 platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit q89's liability for fraud, death or personal injury resulting from q89's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

q89 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on q89, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments

q89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, q89 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice by posting the updated Terms on the q89 platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to registered Players' email addresses.

Continued use of the q89 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 4.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which q89 holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their validity, interpretation, or performance, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to contact q89 support in good faith and allow a reasonable period of no fewer than thirty (30) days for q89 to investigate and respond to your complaint through its internal dispute resolution process.
